Water Discovery and Safety :
Designed for the true beginner, this class bridges the gap between play and technical swimming. Students learn to navigate the pool environment safely while building the core physical foundations for future strokes. Skills Taught: Submersion and nose bubbles, independent front and back floating, and transitioning from stomach to back floats, and jumping into the water and returning to the wall.
Preschool Intermediate
Active Stroke Development:
The next step for confident young swimmers. This level moves from safety basics to active swimming skills. Skills Taught: Streamline kicking on stomach and back, plus an introduction to Freestyle and Backstroke.
Independent Stroke Development
Advancing Technique & Confidence:
Designed for swimmers who have mastered the basics and are ready to refine their strokes and build greater endurance. Swimmers will transition from simple movements to rhythmic coordination. Skills Taught: Inhalation and Exhaltion, Treading Water for 45 Seconds, Freestyle with Rhythmic Breathing, and Backstroke
