Parent Child
Intro to Water
Bond, Splash, and Play:
This class is for children to focus on water adjustment, safety, and bonding. It’s a high-energy, splash-filled environment designed to make the pool a fun, non-threatening place for both parent and child. You’ll learn how to properly hold your child in the water to support their buoyancy while they practice kicking and reaching along with water comfortability. Instructors typically use nursery rhymes and games to normalize movements like blowing bubbles, splashing, and "monkey crawling" along the pool edge, kicking and paddling.
Safety Development
This class is for swimmers who are ready to build on foundational skills. Students will be able to complete streamline kicks on both their stomach and back, have a basic understanding of freestyle with side breath, tread water for 30 seconds, jump into the pool independently, sitting dives, and perform a rescue breath.

Toddler Independence
This class is designed as a transition out of a parent-child class. A parent or guardian is welcome to join the child in the water until they feel comfortable working independently with the coach. This class is ideal for children who may have some separation anxiety or are new to structured swim lessons.
