Foundations to Water Safety
New swimmers adjust to group lessons and develop the basic skills of floating, underwater comfort, blowing nose bubbles, and how to stand from a floating position.
Stroke Development
This class is for swimmers who are ready to build on foundational skills. Students will be able to complete streamline kicks on both their stomach and back, have a basic understanding of freestyle with a side breath, backstroke, tread water for 30 seconds, and jump in the lap pool
Independent Stroke Development
This class is designed for swimmers who have completed Stroke Development and are ready to advance their skills. To complete this class, swimmers must successfully swim 50 meters of both Freestyle and Backstroke, complete 25 meters of Butterfly kick and Breaststroke kick, standing off the wall dives, and confidently jump off the starting block into the lap pool.
