At Emmaus Aquatic Club (EMAC), our core values focus on creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where every swimmer can grow, learn, and achieve their personal best. We are committed to fostering remarkable achievement, developing strong character, and supporting our community through our programs.
Thanks to the generous grant provided by Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital, we are proud to offer our families a discounted rate, making swim lessons more accessible and helping us ensure that every child has the opportunity to learn to swim in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Adaptive Program
At EMAC, our Adaptive Program is built on the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to learn to swim, regardless of ability. We are proud to provide lessons tailored to students with a wide range of disabilities, with instructors who are specially trained to meet each swimmer’s unique needs. Our carefully designed curriculum focuses on one skill at a time, ensuring that students gain a strong understanding of each step in the swimming and water safety process.
By combining patience, encouragement, and expertise, we strive to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where every swimmer can build confidence, experience success, and enjoy the many benefits of being in the water.
Thanks to the generous support of the LVHN grant, we are also able to offer families a 50% discount on private adaptive lessons and a 25% discount on group adaptive lessons, helping make our program more accessible to all.
Foster Families
At EMAC, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn the life-saving skill of swimming, including those in the foster care system. We recognize the incredible role foster families play in providing safe, nurturing homes, and we are honored to support them by offering discounted swim lessons for the children in their care.
Foster families can choose between private or group sessions, depending on what best suits the child’s comfort level and learning style. Our experienced instructors are specially trained to create a welcoming, patient, and supportive environment where foster children can build confidence in the water, develop essential safety skills, and experience the joy of swimming.
By reducing barriers to access, our goal is to ensure that every child—regardless of their circumstances—has the chance to benefit from the confidence, safety, and lifelong skills that swimming provides.

Scholarship
At EMAC, we are dedicated to making swim lessons accessible to all families, regardless of financial circumstances. Through our scholarship program, we are able to offer lessons at a discounted rate for families who qualify. The program is income-based, and families are invited to complete our scholarship application form for consideration. Once approved, scholarships can be applied to both private and group swim lessons, giving children the chance to learn at their own pace in an environment that best fits their needs.
We understand that swimming is more than just a recreational activity—it is a vital life skill and a key component of water safety. By offering scholarships, we aim to open the door for more children to experience the joy of swimming, gain the confidence that comes with mastering new skills, and build a foundation for lifelong safety in and around the water. Our commitment is to support families in our community so that every child has the opportunity to thrive, no matter their circumstances.
