Drop Policy

You may stop lessons at any time by logging into your Parent Portal and submitting a Drop Date using our Drop Form on our website.

A verbal or email withdrawal notification is not valid.

It is your responsibility to withdraw online.  A confirmation email will be sent within 24–48 hours of your submission. To avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle, please complete and submit the Drop Form before the 1st of the month. 

Until official written notice is received and processed, you will remain financially responsible for tuition, regardless of attendance.

If payment has already been processed and you choose to withdraw after the month has begun, please note that refunds will not be issued. Instead, a tuition credit will be applied to your account for future use.

We understand that rare exceptions may arise. Refunds for future classes may be issued at the Director’s discretion.

Makeup Policy

We’re making it easier and more convenient for families to manage absences and schedule makeup classes.

If your child is currently enrolled, you can submit an absence up to one hour before your scheduled class by logging into your Parent Portal.

You can also schedule your own makeup classes directly through the Parent Portal—anytime, at your convenience.  We allow 1 makeup class every 8 weeks.

Phone calls and text messages to report a future absence are not permitted.

You must submit a “future absence”  through the parent portal. 

Makeup lessons can only be booked after the scheduled absence has occurred.  There are no makeups for missed makeup classes.



If you are enrolled in Private Lessons, please make sure to submit your absence through the Parent Portal and also email Rana, coachrana@emacswim.org, directly so she can coordinate a makeup lesson at a day and time that works best with your schedule.
